We begin with a first article inspection to verify initial samples against specifications. Throughout production, in-process inspections monitor the manufacturing process, guaranteeing consistency and adherence to standards. The CMM provides precise measurements, while the OC offers detailed optical analysis. This meticulous approach allows us to detect any deviations from specifications early on, ensuring that every component meets the highest quality standards.
